1. Status of the School Improvement Plan- Plan was approved.
2.. Update on Core Testing - will be 20 April - 12 May.
3. Yearly Awards Program. Tuesday 19 May 6:00 P.M.
4. SCC will hold elections next year for two positions. Nominees must
have a student at MHJH for that school year.
5. Trustland funds had to be spent by 1 April. Spent on five DVD/VCRs, three
Smartboards, 4-5 Airliners, three LCD projectors, and student response software.
6. Trustlands - 2009-2010: Was proposed we fund a half time aide for a tutor
in ISS. The other half will be funded elsewhere. $9,000. Was proposed
we continue with our early morning tutor $4355 ($2722/hour/160 days/hours).
Balance will be spent on Technology, i.e., smartboards, replacement of printers.
Total: $13,355. Plan was approved.
7. Accreditation will be 4-5 March next year. SCC will be involved.
8. No meeting in May. Adjourn until fall 2009.
