I. Emergency Plan
Discussion focused on evacuation plan in case of emergency.
Decision was made to evacuate to City Hall building as 1st choice, which could accomodate all students and personnel in case of emergency.
2nd choice will be church building on 100 East. 3rd choice to cemetary.
Any evacuation depends on the situation at hand.
Tasks to work on: Plan is in writing with details including telephone contacts all city officials, parent contact information for all students, floor plan of school identifying shut-off valves for gas, water and electricity.
When plan has been written and discussed (next SCC meeting) it will be distributed to proper officials.
II. Capital Outlay
Approval given to increase lighting in hallways, doors to roof access, purchasing folding chairs and rack, shed to store four wheeler. Board capital outlay items were discussed also.
III. Title I
Computer aide position interview to happen next week.
Successmaker license fees paid from this fund.
